I need to rent some AV equipment urgently. How soon can I get it?
If you are in the Greater Vancouver area, you can either pick up a rental projector from our office or we can deliver it to you even the same day! Please contact us if you have any questions.
How do I reserve a rental?
You may reserve online by using our e-commerce system or simply give us a call or email.
Do I need to sign any contracts?
We do not have any contracts for small orders. However, you will need to sign our electronic liability waiver. Please note that you agree to our rental terms and conditions by renting with us. Rental Terms & Conditions – Vancouver Projector Rentals
For large orders or technician services, we may send you a customized contract for your event according to the services you need.
Do you offer half day rentals?
No. Our equipment is available for rent for a minimum of two business days.
What is your damage policy?
You are responsible for the equipment from the time of pick up (or delivery) until you return it to us. If the equipment is lost, stolen or damaged during that period, we will charge you for the value of the equipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation before 2 business days before the commencement of the rental period is subject to a 20% charge of the original transaction amount to cover transaction fees. Cancellation within 1 business day before the commencement of the rental period without valid reasons is subject to a 50% charge of the original transaction. Cancellation on the day of commencement of the rental period without valid reasons is subject to a full charge. The cancellation will be charged in full once the courier has departed for the rental site. VPR may waive the cancellation fees if THE RENTER provides a valid reason. VPR preserves the right to give a final judgment on “valid reasons”.
What if I am late returning the projector?
Without prior notification and a valid reason, you will be charged the regular rate for each day you keep the equipment beyond the scheduled period.
I don’t know how to set up the equipment. Can you help me?

What if there is a problem with the rental equipment?
Our top priority is to make sure that each unit is checked carefully before we ship it. All equipment is checked upon return to ensure everything is functioning properly. We encourage you to set up your rental beforehand to avoid technical problems during your presentation. If you encounter any technical problems, please give us a call or email us immediately.
What if I need a sound system for my presentation?
Most of our projectors have a speaker built-in, similar to a laptop, that will address the need for small rooms. Remember to check out our sound selection if you need a better sound system. https://www.vancouverprojectorrentals.com/audio-rental/
What payments method do you accept?
We only accept online payments via credit card; no cash or cheques will be accepted.
Once we create your order we will email you the invoice, and you can find a link for online payment inside the invoice.
Is payment or credit card required to reserve the rental?
To complete your order, you must pay with your credit card online. Please get in touch with us if you run into any problems.
For large orders, we will hold a security deposit.
Is insurance included for the rental period?
No, the insurance is only included during transit if you choose to have the equipment to be delivered. You are responsible for all damages while the rental equipment is in your possession.
Is a rental deposit required?
A security deposit is not required for small orders, however, we will be charging for damaged, lost or stolen equipment.
For large order we will hold a security deposit during the rental period.
