Stage Setup Instructions
This page is designed to guide you through the setup of stage platforms, stairs and skirts rented from Vancouver Projector Rentals.
Tools You May Need
For the assembly of the stages, two essential tools are required: a Socket Wrench and an Allen Wrench.
Adjusting the Leg Height
The first step is to set up the stage platforms by adjusting the heights of the legs. Start by removing the legs from the back of the stage. Next, use a socket wrench to loosen the two bolts on each leg.
The legs can be extended from 1.3ft to 2ft, raising the stage height to 2 feet. A measuring tape is attached to each leg to assist in adjusting the height accurately. Once you’ve set the legs to the desired height, securely tighten the bolts on each leg to ensure stability. To fine-tune the adjustment, you can release the foot of the leg by turning the handle and locking it again.
Attaching and locking the legs to the stage platform
Put the legs inside the clamps at each corner of the stage platform and tighten the clamps so the legs don’t move. If the clamp feels loose, use a socket wrench to tighten the bolt at the back of the clamps. (Be careful not to over-tighten)
Lock the stage platforms together
After placing the platforms next to each other, Use an Allen Wrench tool to lock the hooks on the stage platforms to ensure they are safe and don’t move.
PS: You can skip this step if you are only renting one stage platform
When striking the stage platforms
Place the legs in the flattest way possible so the platforms can be stacked. The blue bolt part and the black bottom handle must face the sides.
PS: if you release the foot to adjust the height, make sure you lock it all the way so it won’t fall.
